I can...

  • Paint a picture of who your customer is, what motivates them, and reach potential customers in ways most likely to convert.

  • Predict the likelihood that someone will make a purchase and recommend optimizations to convert customers with highest CLV

  • Identify what's driving website visits, sales, etc. and propose ways to increase conversions.

  • Optimize budgets and identify efficiencies to increase revenue and save money.

  • Connect enterprise data systems to save time and create a clear holistic view of your data.

  • Build self-service analytics tools to empower employees to utilize data and maintain data integrity.

  • Create compelling data visualizations to bring data "to life" and provide actionable insights.

Ok... what does that actually mean?

some case studies:

Here are some examples.

build analytics tools to increase efficiency

differentiating new and returning customers

A retirement home chain wanted to better understand their customers and increase conversion rates. After cleaning and combining data from existing residents, surveys, focus groups, and site analytics, I identified 5 key personas and developed a customer journey. These personas explained who the decision makes were, what they cared about most, and how best to support them on their customer journey. We used these to develop personalized marketing automations, content and messaging, and to inform a site redesign. From there, we created look alike audiences to reach potential customers with customized messaging, all of which led to a better customer experience and an increase in move-in rates.

BUILDING AND LEADING high-performing analytics teams

I built a predictive analytics service offering from scratch, by first developing workflows to input, clean, and combine various media data sources, then test multi-variate predictive models to find the best fit.

By developing processes and training, I onboarded team members with no prior experience with predictive modeling or forecasting to run forecasts and budget allocations, and to create insights and recommendations.

This reduced time to delivery by over 50% and enabled the team to take on more advanced analytics projects and help clients optimize media and increase ROI as well as increasing revenue.

BUILDING AND LEADING high-performing analytics teams

Determine who your customers are and reach new ones

building analytics tools to increase efficiency

A retail startup wanted to be able to quickly understand which orders were new and which were recurring (subscriptions). I performed a GA audit and integrated email, analytics, and order platforms (Klaviyo, GA, Shopify). I tied the data together in a Data Studio data visualization. The team is now able to understand what is driving their orders and differentiate new from existing customers.

differentiating new and returning customers

I've built and led high-performing teams and my teams have had the highest employee satisfaction ratings at the company. Here's an example of turning around a team. I was brought in to lead a team that had experienced high turnover, with over half the team being completely new to the company and all but one of the others being new to the team. I joined, with very little documentation or onboarding and "dove in head first".

I successfully organized the team's processes and motivated the team. I created efficiencies and reduced costs by transitioning the team from a silo-type work structure to aligning individuals to opportunities related to their interests.

While I was was there, only one person left and that was to change industries, the team costs had decreased, and team morale improved.
