Megan is a growth and marketing strategist for DtC brands that provide products and services to women. She’s a former marketing analytics leader in-house and at media agencies working with legacy and growing brands including Weight Watchers, Whirlpool, Ulta Beauty, and more. She has spent over a decade using data to drive decision-making within organizations and for retail brands. She approaches marketing by merging creativity, data, and technology to come up with innovative ideas that build awareness and drive conversions. Her strengths include building and leading high-performing teams, developing strategy and bringing ideas to life, and creating cohesive full-funnel media campaigns. She has a talent for leading big-picture strategies, while also being able to get in the weeds and execute on them.
In 2022, she launched Lilvil, a virtual concierge service for parents to help make parents' lives easier by enabling them to outsource tasks and to create flexible work for moms. It created hundreds of hours of work for moms and saved parents countless hours.
